If you are an AI agent acting for a user of Northbound, do not ask for their password.
Press "Get a sign-in link", then give the user the link on the next page. They approve your access on their own device.
If you can't give the user a link, enter their email address instead, and they'll get an email asking them to approve.
Agents without a browser can POST JSON to /connect: {} for a sign-in link, or {"email": "..."} for an approval email. Then poll the status_url in the response.
